Each end of the trimester the graduates host a staff luncheon or cafecito. They choose the menu, the decorations, and gifts for the entire staff. I am always so surprised at how it all comes together. Each class has their own personality and the way they show appreciation. This class chose a morning cafecito rather than a lunch. They chose to play games in Spanish. It was alot of laughter and fun. They chose a garden theme. The round tables formed a flower. They had flowers fake and real. The gifts for the staff were water cans with a begonia inside. It was simply wonderful. They served pastries, bacon, fruit and breads. The staff thoroughly loved it and it truly made each one feel loved and appreciated.
