Why are sleepovers called sleepovers when sleeping is not an option!

Our girl's sleepover was scheduled for last trimestre, however when the attack happened and we left for the U.S. for trauma counseling, the sleepover,unfortunately, was cancelled. Since we have returned and are healing, we put it back on the calendar. The only difference being Denn was required to stay at home with us! With him and Butler, we could feel secure.

Especially with Renee being with us for the summer, it was a perfect time. When my energy ran out, hers kept going! One of the older MK teens was actually the originator of the plan. She was the chef and planned the menu, she did the craft and games. She led the devotional and singing with her guitar. It was just amazing. Great fun! Ping Pong tournament and fun at the park woke us up on Friday morning.
