A Happy January One!

Between trimesters the students that remain and the staff have a little break, catch their breath and gear up for the next trimester. On January 1, we who remain at CINCEL were still on break. Since everyone was in town we decided to have a turkey dinner! I found a turkey that was on sale and boy was it tasty! We spent a special meal together then went on to the carnival that was happening in town. It is summer in Costa Rica. So I assume that is why the carnival was here! Bullfights and rides. Cotton Candy and tortillas!
